I thought the class activity we had on decision making was very interesting. We could observe many types of different behavior in the class. First, I just would like to thank the professor because he was very nice to us.
I did not participate that much in this class activity because I am shy, but I am the "compromise" type.
I think it is funny because it is in the difficult situation like this that you really discover people. We could observe that a few people were the "compete to win" type and did not want to listen other ideas, which I think was annoying.
I think the class handled the conflict well as we finally agreed on the same solution without insulting each other. Most of us were respectful to each other and everybody had the opportunity to gave his opinions.

I also think that the professor was pretty nice by giving us this opportunity. Not only did we learn a lot about the management process, but we got to decide how we were going to handle exam #1 and #2. I’m looking forward to more creative class activities like this one in the future.
I strongly agree that thae only way the class acheived the goal was through compromise. I was surpised at the lack of respect towards minority opinions, but was happy to see the few that stepped up to the plate to hear out all. In the end, it was the sensitive appraoch of our classmates that swayed the unanimous vote. I am thankful for your compromise and believe the class achieved the maximum benefit possble.
