Topic # 8

The creation of this blog was a new experience for me. Usually very private, i am not used to say what i think over a blog where everyone can see it. But new is always a good thing! I think it is a good idea because at the beginning of the class you do not know many people so it is a good way to exchange names and see who is in the class. It is also effective because we have to think about what we did it class and say what we should have done.
Even though i enjoyed doing this blog I am not sure I will keep it because I don't like telling my live over the internet but also because I always forget about it. I think a good blog is a blog that is accurate and I have so many things to focus and solve in my life that I am not sure i will have the time for this.
I am glad it did it though because I would never have done it by myself.

POEM

At first management was synonym of boring,
then Professor Kurpis entered in the class,
And I saw that he was not like all the teachers,
He wanted to taught us what is management in reality not in the book,
Management is for me a way to live my life,
the best i can,
with good ethics and hard work,
but also by having fun!

DISC

Usually, I am not fan of the personality test because it is not always accurate. However, I do not know why but i enjoy doing this kind of test. I am a D type and i agree with it. I like to go ahead and act according to how things come in my life.
I think it is fun for students to do this test because we can learn something about our personality but I do not think companies should judge a person with those tests.
